• Handle incoming customer inquiries primarily by phone and ensure a professional customer experience • Handle written customer inquiries during available service hours • Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations related to installation services • Provide first-level support for basic smoke detector questions (no technical background required) • Assist with billing inquiries and explain invoice items • Assist customers with questions about the customer portal • Coordinate appointments for meter readings • General handling of service-related customer inquiries • Ensure high-quality customer service without any sales activities
Job Requirements
- German at native or fluent level (C1/C2) spoken and written
- Some experience in telephone customer service or strong motivation for inbound customer support
- Stable internet connection and power supply for remote work (speed test required)
- Confident user of PC and digital communication tools
- Patient, service-oriented personality with clear and structured communication
- Reliable work ethic and quick comprehension
- Willingness to handle written customer inquiries as well
- Interest in a long-term customer service role (not interested in sales projects)

• Own inbound support and make sure the product is delivered well to users. • Respond quickly, solve problems clearly, and ensure every customer gets the right outcome fast. • Handle inbound questions, quality issues, flagged shoots, human edit requests, and account-related problems. • Spot when something is a bug, a churn risk, a sales opportunity, or an onboarding issue, and route it correctly. • Solve what can be solved, escalate what needs escalation, and leave the customer feeling taken care of. • Constantly think about how support can be faster, smarter, and more scalable over time.
