Duties & Responsibilities - Design and Develop Automated Tests : Establish a strong automated test foundation that ensures software quality, accelerates feedback, and supports frequent releases with confidence. - Integrate Automation with CI/CD Pipelines : Achieve continuous testing by embedding automated checks in the delivery lifecycle for fast, reliable releases. - Maintain and Optimise Test Frameworks : Build a scalable, maintainable automation infrastructure that adapts to evolving product complexity. - Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Foster a quality-first mindset across the organisation by embedding testing in all stages of development. - Documentation and Reporting : Improve transparency, traceability, and decision-making through meaningful documentation and quality insights. • Assist the project manager with quality assurance and technical assignments including material, concrete, and soil testing • Analyze and evaluate jobsites conformance to bid specifications • Prepare reports detailing tests conducted • Determine results and conduct inspections of construction sites to determine conformance to design specifications

• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards • Ensure products meet Company expectations • Communicate the results of inspections • Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products • Determine root cause of rejected products and provide recommendations on corrective action • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
