MSI
• Responsible for QA activities such as Analyzing Business Epics and Scope, Test Estimation, Schedule Planning, Test Management until closure. • Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Test Strategy and Test Plans for large complex projects. • Defect management by conducting defect triages for troubleshooting and investigating nonconformance and address the issues with accuracy with various teams until closure. • Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining test cases and test suites. • Strong SQL and database knowledge. • Ability to perform peer reviews to ensure test cases are up to current Enterprise Standards. • Ability to train/mentor junior team members. • Ability to assess project risk and present documentation to the Project / Enterprise Leadership. • Ability to expand on usable Business Requirements (Acceptance Criteria). • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment. • Ability to identify areas of Process Improvement and communicate it to management. • Ability to form working relationships within the project teams. • A good understanding of multiple software testing methodologies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work with a majority remote team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience required
- Hands-on experience testing applications with strong understanding of SQA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience on using automation framework like Selenium, Testim, Cucumber, etc
- Hands-on experience on API and Database testing.
- Hands-on experience in Bug tracking and Test management software such as ADO, JIRA, Test Rail, HP ALM etc.
