Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu projektów IT dla sektora publicznego
  • Znajomość Ustawy Prawo Zamówień Publicznych w stopniu pozwalającym na swobodne poruszanie się w realiach kontraktu
  • Doświadczenie pracy w Scrum / Agile przy zachowaniu formalnych rygorów raportowania (tzw. Agile-Waterfall hybrid)
  • Umiejętność doskonałej komunikacji
  • Język angielski i język polski na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji
  • Certyfikaty PMP, PRINCE2 lub AgilePM (nice to have)

Overview As the Project Coordinator – Clinic Development, you will provide structured coordination and operational support for new clinic construction development and renovation initiatives across ATI’s national footprint. You will support Project Managers and cross-functional partners in delivering predictable, on-time capital execution. This role does not independently manage construction projects or vendor negotiations. This is a remote position supporting ATI Physical Therapy's nationwide footprint. Responsibilities Procurement of materials and services to support departmental business objectives: - Source qualified vendors and procure materials and services to support functional work. - Manage the Purchase Order and Invoicing work streams. Oversee vendor efforts: - Manage and coordinate efforts by vendors and cross-functional business partners to obtain jurisdictional approvals where required. - Track and report on vendor KPI’s and make recommendations for improvement. - Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met and identify and report on risks.
