Regional Inplant Support Representative
Sun Chemical
• Provides manufacturing and operational support to Sun Chemical inplants in the Albertville, AL area(s) • Performs all inplant duties, including batch production, color matching, inventory management, formula management, site specific reporting, and Sun Chemical reporting • Learns, and complies with all safety requirements, including the use of PPE, safe material handling, MSDS management, housekeeping, and general safety procedures • Implements Sun Chemical inplant procedures, and the best practices as directed by Inplant Manager, Regional Inplant Operations Manager, or Senior CTS Technicians • Performs inplants assessments (audit) at inplants in this region as directed by the Regional Inplant Operations Manager • Participates in transitional activities related to new business opportunities, or capital projects within the region at the direction of senior CTS Technicians, and the Regional Inplant Operations Manager
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Inplant work experience required
- good color vision and be able to match colors in various ink systems
- good customer presence and ability to work in various manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with inplant SOPs; and familiar with standard manufacturing safety procedures.
