Learning Content Developer
Synera
• Building and refining workflows in Synera. • Creating structured learning content or support customers on their way to success. • Spending 50% of time in Solution Engineering, supporting customers on technical issues. • Spending 50% of time creating high-quality training content within Synera Academy. • Creating workflows that enable customers to utilize specific nodes, add-ins, or automation topics. • Turning training content into tutorials or eLearning modules. • Gathering feedback, running retros, and continuously improving content aligned to the company’s focus. • Building workflows in Synera and supporting customers in understanding and solving their engineering problems. • Collecting user-feedback and sharing ideas with product managers to improve software.
Job Requirements
- Hold a university degree in mechanical, automotive, aerospace engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience working in the engineering domain (incl. hands-on experience with engineering software), preferably in product development.
- Speak English for internal and external communication and preferably also German to communicate with DACH customers with confidence.
- Enjoy focused and deep technical work to create great automation workflows and approach engineering problems in a structured, process-driven way while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to align across teams and handle customer success.
- Talent for didactics and enjoy creating structured learning content and explaining workflows clearly so that users are inspired and have an “aha” moment.

Role Description The PLL is seeking an organized Media Asset Management Intern that will play a key role in supporting the organization, management, and distribution of media assets throughout the 2026 season. Responsibilities include: - Aid in the overall media management process from organizing files, naming conventions, and upload/distribution for a wide range of content, including game footage, branded content, PLL Network games and photo assets. - Tag metadata for PLL and WLL game footage, branded shoots, original features and game broadcasts. - Edit and build stringouts for broadcast, partners, or internal departments. - Create and share all broadcast game links for PLL season sharing sheets for internal and external distribution. - Assist with tracking of all tagging, footage selects from content creators and editors to ensure workflows within Asana are up to date. - Restore and track assets for content creators and editors as well as distribute to other departments that are requesting footage/photos from current or past years. - Upload and track media appearances of PLL and WLL players to media database for archival purposes. - Oversee DIT and collection of all media assets week to week. - Organize assets within Dropbox and share links across internal departments. Qualifications - Strong collaboration, organization and time management skills. - Familiarity with common codecs and different file types. - Experience with Adobe Cloud Suite - Adobe Premiere Pro & Encoder. - Experience in organizing media assets a plus. - Experience in sports production; knowledge of lacrosse a plus.
