Sales Executive, Surety Insurance

• Conduct consultative meetings with corporate clients, understanding their circumstances and needs to translate risks into appropriate insurance solutions. • Qualify business opportunities by analyzing the profile, stage and operations of each potential client. • Identify opportunities and recommend products that deliver real value to the client and the company’s results. • Rigorously manage the sales funnel and keep all interactions and information up to date in our CRM, ensuring a smooth and traceable commercial journey. • Act as a trusted partner, educating the client and contributing to the strengthening of an insurance-aware culture within the business environment. • Collaborate with other teams to drive efficiency, continuous improvement and a simple, agile and transparent purchasing experience.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in commercial insurance or financial services.
  • Experience in an insurance brokerage, insurance company or insurtech.
  • Technical knowledge of Surety Insurance.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques for conducting consultative conversations and understanding clients’ real needs.
  • Experience managing a pipeline and using CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to handle high demand and challenging targets.
