• Du identifizierst relevante Zielkunden, sprichst sie an und qualifizierst sie strukturiert über Inbound- und Outbound-Aktivitäten • Du führst strukturierte Erstgespräche (Discovery/Qualification Calls) und analysierst Pain Points in Einkauf, Engineering/Cost Engineering sowie Operations/Supply Chain und legst eine Basis für erfolgreiche mehrstufige, Sales-Zyklen • Du entwickelst Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern im gehobenen Mittelstand und Enterprise • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Account Executive (m/w/d) zusammen, übergibst qualifizierte Opportunities (SQLs) und bereitest gemeinsam Termine & Account-Strategien vor • Du nutzt Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn, Events, Messen sowie Networking zur Lead-Generierung und Follow-ups • Du pflegst und entwickelst die Pipeline im CRM weiter und steuerst deine Arbeit datenbasiert über KPIs z. B. Conversion Rates, Pipeline-Coverage • Du gibst kontinuierliches Feedback an Marketing, Sales und Product zu Lead-Qualität, Messaging sowie Markt- und Kunden-Insights • Du unterstützt bei Account-Expansion-Ansätzen und Follow-ups in laufenden Deals

Job Requirements

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein BWL/Wirtschaftsinformatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bringst erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung als SDR/BDR/Inside Sales im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld mit
  • Du hast idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit Manufacturing/Industrie, Supply Chain/Procurement oder technisch erklärungsbedürftiger Software
  • Du hast Interesse an komplexen Geschäftsmodellen und technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Du baust schnell Vertrauen auf und führst Mehrwert-orientierte Gespräche
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und diszipliniert und übernimmst starke CRM-Ownership
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke - schriftlich wie verbal
  • Du bist proaktiv, lernbereit und resilient und arbeitest gerne hands-on im Start-up-Umfeld
  • Du bist Teamplayer, denkst unternehmerisch und arbeitest mit dem Account Executive (m/w/d) am gemeinsamen Sales-Erfolg
