• Managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate accounts • Recruiting new affiliates through outbound warm outreach • Optimizing performance to increase revenue, volume, and ROI • Collaborating with internal teams to identify high-value opportunities • Negotiating commercial terms and insertion orders • Representing MaxWeb at industry events and conferences • Maintaining daily communication through email with affiliates • Prioritizing and managing tasks to maximize commercial outcomes
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of affiliate marketing or performance marketing experience
- Strong understanding of key concepts (CPA, EPC, CR, ROAS, traffic sources)
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
