• Build and execute strategic account plans. • Identify target mid-sized and small enterprise companies, research key contacts, select entry-point products, and develop multi-threaded outreach strategies including contingency approaches when needed. • Cultivate lasting relationships. • Engage meaningfully with customers, OEM partners, coworkers, and local network contacts to build trust and long-term business value. • Turn customer needs into compelling solutions. • Understand challenges at a deep level, then craft and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, contracts, and RFP responses that resonate. • Close with confidence. • Lead final pricing and contract negotiations, working with sales management as needed to get deals across the line. • Keep the pipeline sharp. • Maintain accurate CRM records, client data, opportunities, and forecasts to support sales processes, reporting, and visibility across the team.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in using Salesforce to manage client data, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Skilled at predicting sales outcomes, setting realistic targets, managing a health pipeline to support business planning.
- Skilled with modern sales platforms and techniques to generate leads and engage prospects through structured, multi-touch campaigns.
- Ability to travel, travel onsite to our customers as well as various sales meetings as needed.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience

What You'll Actually Do - Build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders at all levels of the client organization through consistent executive presence, depth of domain knowledge and diligent preparation - Proactively identify and understand client objectives, challenges and leadership priorities, confidence in regulatory issues that affect benefit plans, uncover barriers and develop actionable, client specific strategic plans to ensure Personify Health is aligned to support and maximize client satisfaction, success and ROI - Ownership of reliable retention revenue and expansion targets that translate your deep relationships into material value and ARR growth. This includes supporting all aspects of complex renewals and expansion sales efforts, including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP proposal, negotiations and contract oversight. - Support positive client satisfaction and provide oversight for any proactive action plans required to maintain positive scores and secure reference ability for your clients - Development and delivery of presentations supporting primary responsibilities; business reviews including deriving insights from data and helping clients plan future direction with insights into their health claims, executive reporting and strategic planning, product capability and roadmap overviews, research and thought-leadership presentations. - Monitor and confirm all client contractual obligations are being met and communicate any contractual risks to appropriate Personify Health management - Ongoing and consistent leadership and internal stakeholder communications regarding client feedback, status and strategic action plans for your book of business Qualifications What You Bring to Our Mission - 8+ years experience of Sales and/or Account Management experience along with health industry required - Wellbeing, population health, navigation, digital health, or related field - Solid understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business - Proven to develop and maintain a high level of expertise in account service/consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, Proven ability to handle complex situations, deliver renewals, increase lines of business on existing clients - Direct experience with client management, benefits strategy management, data-analytics, health promotion research or related sales experience required - Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce No candidate will meet every single qualification listed.
