Description Job Type Full-time Description This role is ideal for commercial Journeymen with experience in retail, commercial, & industrial settings. Our technicians & electricians work on nationwide deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and large-scale rollouts for some of the world’s largest brands, gaining exposure to the latest networking technologies and installation practices. This role is dispatched from home, meaning you can live anywhere within the region and travel directly to project sites. Reporting directly to our Field Services Manager of the region, this role will require travel to any US state as needed. Responsibilities: · Strict adherence to safety standards and ensure everyone goes home. · Installation, troubleshooting & repair of electrical systems and circuits in retail, commercial, & industrial settings to meet National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. · Installation of EMT conduit pathways, wire & breakers. · Maintain as-built drawings and service records · Experience with MAC (Move, Add, Change) type projects in retail, commercial, & industrial settings. · Manage and accurately log time, expenses, material, & field resources throughout project lifecycles. · Manage work orders, signoff deliverables, daily log / journal, and other project documentation, sometimes directly to customers, project management & leadership teams. · Management and maintenance of company assets & vehicle (if assigned). Requirements & Qualifications: · Must demonstrate the highest standards of ethics and integrity. · Must understand and demonstrate a safety mindset in all settings. · A valid electrical license issued by your state of residence is required and must be maintained in good standing throughout employment. · Must have the ability to travel, often extensively and sometimes with little notice to anywhere in the United States for several weeks at a time. · Flexibility to work the hours of the traditional second and third shifts. · Strong client / people relationship skills · Knowledge of network infrastructure, structured cabling, & telecommunication equipment or the willingness to learn is strongly preferred. · Phone, mobile application & PC proficiency required (Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred). · Ability to read and understand prints and schematics related to installation SOWs. · Must have a valid driver’s license & be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). · Meet company standards for pre-employment background checks and drug screening. · Typical physical demands include frequent work on lifts, ladders, and possibly rooftops and other harder-to-access areas. · Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with employees and / or clients; manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of objects (typically up to 50 lbs.), and operating power tools. · Must have industry-standard hand tools. · Above all, our employees maintain a strong safety mindset and take pride in leaving every installation clean, organized, and professionally executed. Als adviseur adviseer je klanten – gevraagd én ongevraagd – over technische oplossingen binnen jouw vakgebied. Je vertaalt hun vraag naar een passend ontwerp, een heldere offerte en een realistisch voorstel. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met accountmanagers, engineers en collega’s uit andere disciplines. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Het ontwerpen van een elektrotechnische installatie op basis de klantvraag. Jij stelt de kaders op, neemt ontwerpbeslissingen en stemt deze af met de klant. Afhankelijk van het gevraagde detailniveau, vertaal je dit naar een technische beschrijving inclusief offerte en calculatie. Aansluitend bespreek je deze met de klant en met jouw overtuigingskracht zorg je ervoor dat er mooie opdrachten worden verworven. Na overdracht naar de uitvoering, blijf jij betrokken bij het proces door de klantbelangen te blijven behartigen. Daarnaast introduceer je hollander techniek bij nieuwe potentiële klanten, door actief accountmanagement. Je geeft presentaties op locatie en vertegenwoordigd Hollander techniek tijdens beurzen en binnen netwerken. Verder: - Heb je HBO of academisch werk- en denkniveau - Beschik je over meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring in een technische advies- of engineeringsrol met de juiste domeinkennis (E) - Kun je technische vraagstukken helder vertalen naar klanten én collega’s - Werk je graag samen en zoek je actief de verbinding met andere disciplines

• Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer • Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures • Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests • Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered • Identifies discrepancies in results • Provides guidance to entry level engineers • Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision

• Lead technical staff in the preparation of utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer billing • Manage the engineering aspects of multiple projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV • Assist in the development of technical staff through mentoring and instruction • Instruct technical staff in the use of computer systems, software, tools, and equipment • Manage professional communication with stakeholders • Coordinate internal/external reviews of designs prior to submissions • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement new policies and procedures • Maintain client relationships and seek new opportunities
