Access Management Support Analyst, IAM

• Specialized technical support for Ping Identity Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems for large and medium-sized enterprises • Handling and resolution of technical incidents related to Ping products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne) • Analysis and troubleshooting of authentication, authorization, and integration issues • Support configuring and maintaining access policies and authentication flows • Support for SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth integrations • Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base articles • Collaboration with project teams during implementations to ensure proper support • Proactive environment monitoring and identification of potential issues • Technical escalation to specialized teams when necessary • Training and guidance for end users on basic functionality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or technical degree (technologist) in a Technology-related field
- Experience with IAM products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Keycloak, Oracle, SiteMinder, ForgeRock
- Operating systems (Linux preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
- Familiarity with IAM protocols: SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, LDAP
- Basic database knowledge (basic SQL queries)
- Basic infrastructure and networking knowledge
- Experience using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, etc.)
- Nice to have / Differentials:
- Ping Identity Suite: Desired experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne
- Knowledge of REST APIs for integrations
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Helm
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Ansible
- Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates
- Vault (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault
- Familiarity with regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and Open Finance

• The Applications and Support Engineer is the technical interface between Acculogic and the customers for its flying probe, in-circuit and boundary scan test equipment. • Based in the Eastern US and working with the business development and technical support teams you will be the technical lead providing both pre-sales and post-sales support. • Pre-sales: customer demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarks, including development of test applications. • Presenting Acculogic tools at trade shows and seminars to promote the technology and advance Acculogic’s customer market awareness. • Post-sales: Phone support, equipment installation, preventative maintenance, fault identification and repair, installation of upgrades, delivery of training. • Developing test projects for circuit board testing • Participating in Acculogic’s products and test procedures further development • Collaborate with software development, engineering, sales and others to implement fixes, testing and install enhancements • Writing technical documentation, application notes and training materials • Extensive local, national and international travel will be required.
• Getting hands-on with real customer problems • Respond to product and technical questions through our support platform (Plain) • Debug issues by inspecting customer setups, including GitHub repositories, MDX files, and internal deployment tools (Retool) • Resolve the majority of support inquiries independently, escalating only when necessary • Collaborate with our support lead to evolve processes and ensure consistency • Help improve internal support tooling and workflows as we scale
