• Diagnose why traffic or rankings are not converting • Identify what’s broken • Build a strategy to fix it • Execute or direct execution • Tie SEO activity directly to revenue outcomes • Conduct technical SEO audits (site health, indexing, schema, performance) • Review and optimize WordPress pages (on-page, structure, UX alignment) • Improve internal linking architecture • Optimize high-intent service pages for conversions • Implement structured data and schema markup • Oversee backlink strategy and authority building • Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality • Identify when something is not working and pivot quickly • Align SEO with paid media and partnerships for maximum impact • Present performance reports tied to revenue impact
Job Requirements
- 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI
- Strong WordPress experience (page builders, plugins, technical structure)
- Deep understanding of:
- Technical SEO
- On-page optimization
- Keyword intent strategy
- Link-building strategies
- Conversion optimization alignment
- Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members
