• Execute and support marketing initiatives for assigned Golf & Club brand(s) • Assist the Marketing Director in developing and managing marketing plans and strategies • Support integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and revenue goals • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and new offerings to inform strategy • Create and coordinate content including customer communications, social media, sales collateral, and campaign assets • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and buyer-focused marketing strategies • Draft and refine copy across multiple channels including web, email, and sales materials • Execute marketing automation initiatives, including campaign development, landing page creation, audience segmentation, nurture programs, and targeted account and contact list management • Manage and maintain prospect and customer data across marketing and CRM platforms, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives • Leverage ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Pardot to identify target accounts, enrich prospect data, support account-based marketing initiatives, and optimize lead management processes • Build, maintain, and analyze Salesforce reports, dashboards, and campaign attribution to measure marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key demand generation metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement • Manage projects and timelines across all marketing activities • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams • Provide support for events and tradeshows as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B technology experience preferred)
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute across multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting, editing, proofreading; writing samples required)
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred)
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • High level of creativity and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and project tools a plus
