Weight Doctors

• Provide first contact support to patients • Carry out consultations; understanding the patients’ needs to share treatment recommendations • Ensure patient wellbeing before, during and after their treatment • Documentation and medical compliance; Treatment planning and coordination; Collaborate with nutritionists, doctors and surgeons before and after treatments; and Travel to clinic locations as required (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town) - approx 1 day per week

Job Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience with both online and face-to-face interaction
  • Background in nutrition, health sciences is beneficial
  • Previous professional experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, additional language skills ideal
