• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles across ZainTECH’s digital solution verticals (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Digital Transformation). • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing, social platforms, job boards, and professional networks. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate engagement to interview coordination and offer management. • Represent ZainTECH’s brand and value proposition in the market, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment status reports. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize hiring processes and ensure alignment with business growth targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation companies.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and market trends — particularly in cloud, cybersecurity, data and digital solutions.
  • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and professional sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
