• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of our personal and leadership development programs. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and initiatives that generate leads and increase brand awareness. • Engage and conduct zoom interviews and team leadership meetings to ensure targets and enhance personal development goals. • Research and identify new market opportunities, niches, and potential target audiences. • Participate and benefit in career development and training executed by the team. • Actively participate in weekly team meetings via zoom.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience working in a professional capacity.
- An interest in personal development principles and a passion for helping individuals achieve personal and professional growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and team members.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset
