Channel and Account Development Manager

• Drive new business development across corporate end customers in the assigned territory • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and expansion opportunities • Maintain high retention rates through proactive account engagement • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in alignment with revenue targets • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic channel partners • Support partner-led opportunities from qualification through closure • Collaborate with partners to generate pipeline and execute joint business initiatives • Align with internal teams to ensure consistent partner enablement and market coverage • Monitor pipeline health, renewal timelines, and revenue performance • Ensure compliance with internal processes and CRM accuracy • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, including new business acquisition and account management
- Experience working within or alongside channel ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen with clear revenue accountability
- Demonstrated ability to manage renewals and drive account expansion
- Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English. Hungarian and Czech is nice to have.

• Direct Market Penetration (The Core Task): A successful launch requires noise.
