• Work on new projects, system improvements, and maintenance/support of the company's systems. • Develop test plans including strategy, acceptance criteria, and required resources. • Create test cases and scenarios, covering positive and negative conditions. • Execute manual and/or automated tests, ensuring adequate coverage based on impact analysis. • Design reusable tests when applicable. • Document and track defects, following up on their resolution with the development team. • Create and manage test data sets in advance. • Ensure appropriate use of test environments and tools. • Prepare test reports, documenting progress and evidence of failures. • Retest fixed defects. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of deliverables.

• Refactor and maintain the existing test automation framework. • Implement and track key metrics for automated test coverage and performance. • Design, write, and maintain automated tests. • Integrate and apply AI tools to enhance automation workflows. • Analyze development test coverage and ensure quality consistency across teams. • Design and develop internal tools to streamline and accelerate testing processes. • Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvements across QA practices.

• Support company/client projects by representing quality assurance in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities. • Serve as a central point of contact between the QA team and stakeholders for quality and process related issues. • Understand and communicate project quality requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in documentation. • Work with quality personnel to ensure project quality requirements are conveyed to suppliers as applicable. • Interact with project team and management from multiple companies to manage cross-functional quality interfaces. • Support and coordinate quality responses to customer Requests for Information and other marketing related activities. • Develop quality requirements traceability matrix and incorporate into project activities. • Manage first-of-a-kind issues and adapt to shifting business development environment. • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and challenges. • Provide direction and coordinate project activities through quality leads and managers. • Develop processes and procedures for efficient execution of quality project activities. • Support project risk assessment and risk mitigation activities.
