Finance Manager – Controlling
Ruby
• Provide administrative finance support for up to three hotels in the group and act as the main contact for the respective hotel managers • Own finance and controlling topics from analysis through implementation and serve as the primary contact for your clients • Lead coordination with our external service providers (e.g., accounting firms, tax advisors, IT/system vendors) • Handle accounting tasks (preparation including all cash operations and other information systems, and post-processing including supporting account reconciliations) as well as invoice management and payment processing • Support monthly and annual closings as well as budgets, forecasts and reporting, ensuring the quality and transparency of our financials • Take on additional projects to further develop processes, structures and working methods in the finance area, while keeping our growth and operational realities in mind
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in finance within the hotel/hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of management accounting and good knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, controlling and inventory/merchandise management
- Proficient with accounting systems and passionate about Excel and digital ways of working
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and eager to actively shape the finance function
- Structured and analytical, able to keep an overview even on complex topics
- Communicates clearly, pragmatically and on an equal footing — internally and externally
- Business-fluent in German and English
