QA Analyst

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications with a focus on performance and scalability. • Build and integrate secure and efficient RESTful APIs. • Implement intelligent solutions: automations, Python scripts, and AI integrations. • Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and best practices. • Identify and resolve issues autonomously, proposing improvements and new approaches.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in Quality/Testing.
- Generalist mindset: Enjoy and be able to work with both manual and automated testing across Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
- Automation and tools: Proficiency with Cypress and JavaScript.
- Experience with Postman, Rest-assured, and Swagger.
- AI in QA: Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize processes (test data generation, scripts, or analyses).
- Methodologies: Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Data and integrations: Experience with databases (SQL/Oracle), web services, and APIs.
- Management: Ability to identify and document complex test scenarios and experience with management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Work on new projects, system improvements, and maintenance/support of the company's systems. • Develop test plans including strategy, acceptance criteria, and required resources. • Create test cases and scenarios, covering positive and negative conditions. • Execute manual and/or automated tests, ensuring adequate coverage based on impact analysis. • Design reusable tests when applicable. • Document and track defects, following up on their resolution with the development team. • Create and manage test data sets in advance. • Ensure appropriate use of test environments and tools. • Prepare test reports, documenting progress and evidence of failures. • Retest fixed defects. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of deliverables.
