Finance Associate

Delegate CX

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments • Entering AP and reviewing and reconciling vendor statements. • Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records • Assist with financial reporting and documentation • Work closely with the Finance Director on finance-related projects and tasks • Collaborate with internal Pride team members to resolve billing or payment questions • Help maintain organized financial systems and support general finance operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of Finance experience, General Accounting experience, Bookkeeping experience, or a similar job position
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.

Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our National Security Sector. This position will be fully remote within the United States, with the office located in Fairfax, VA.
