• Design, implement, and manage security solutions across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, including robust API security measures and authentication protocols. • Champion security best practices within engineering, DevOps, SRE, and IT teams, fostering a culture of shared responsibility for security. • Proactively identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications, mitigating OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, infrastructure, and cloud services through threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. • Develop and maintain security monitoring and alerting solutions to detect and respond to potential security incidents in real-time and prevent common cyber attacks such as DDoS, injection attacks, and credential stuffing. • Define and enforce secure coding standards and provide training and mentorship to development teams on DevSecOps principles. • Lead compliance initiatives by contributing to security policies, controls, and audit readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

• Help build and maintain cloud infrastructure for Teikametrics applications and platforms • Guide deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform • Work within a DevOps model alongside product development teams • Design, deploy, and manage automation tools that increase predictability, improve efficiency, and reduce operational cost • Manage and scale web applications and data platforms • Build tools to implement devops and security best practices • Create reusable and immutable infrastructure with Terraform • Continuously improve infrastructure with monitoring, logging, and alerting • Develop authentication and gateway solutions for infrastructure and applications • Participate in on-call rotations, post-mortems and root cause analysis (RCA)

• Own and evolve our DevOps and platform engineering function • Define our infrastructure, security, and deployment strategy across Perkbox & Vivup • Enable engineering teams to ship faster, safer, and at scale • Security posture across the SDLC • DevOps and platform strategy across all products • CI/CD standards and overall developer experience • Cloud architecture across AWS / GCP / Azure • Reliability, observability, and incident response practices • Cost optimisation (FinOps mindset) • Define and implement an end-to-end DevSecOps strategy (beyond just pipelines) • Establish security-by-default practices across engineering • Partner with engineering leadership on scalability, architecture, and platform decisions

• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of our platforms. • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and client success teams. • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. • Respond to incidents and outages, conduct post-mortems, and implement corrective actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Terraform, Ansible, or Helm. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, improve reliability and speed of software delivery (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). • Manage and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters. • Operate within AWS (preferred) or GCP environments. • Implement and monitor TLS/SSL, RBAC, SSO, and secure API practices. • Work closely with developers, infra engineers, and support teams to ensure production readiness.
