• Assist in maintaining litigation and pre-litigation files for matters across the enterprise. • Assist in interacting with internal and external resources such as insurance carriers and outside law firms. • Draft business letters, memorandums, and other correspondence in an accurate, professional, and timely manner; • Manage large amounts of electronic documents; work with organizing, indexing, updated, and tracking files; increasing responsibility as knowledge base expands. • Communicate effectively up, down and across the company to gather information needed by the team, and to share information as appropriate. Requires gaining a thorough knowledge of company policies, practices and people, particularly as it relates to the work of the teams supported. Also requires building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external contacts. • Project tasks and project management responsibilities, as assigned from time-to-time.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the related field
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent written and organizational skills are essential.
  • A willingness to dig-in and learn new technology is critical. This role requires digital fluency or – at a minimum – a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment working specifically on litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
  • Bachelor's Degree
