UI / Product Designer (Visual & Design Systems Focus) About the Role We’re looking for a designer who can take structured UX ideas and wireframes and turn them into polished, production-ready designs. You’ll focus on creating clean, modern interfaces that are not only beautiful — but also built in a way that developers can use directly. This is not a blank-page UX role — you’ll be working from defined flows and wireframes, bringing them to life visually and ensuring consistency across the product. • As a Senior Structural Designer, you will have the opportunity to creatively solve complex problems, collaborate with highly experienced team members across all engineering disciplines, and work on a wide variety of challenging projects across many industries. • Work with a structural engineer to develop designs for clients that range in a simple sketch to full, ready to permit drawing packages. • Develop plan and detail drawings for concrete foundations and steel buildings and supports. • Incorporate vendor drawings to accurately display anchoring and mounting support, i.e pump bases, motor supports and equipment mounting. • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and electrical staff to develop efficient designs and identify and mitigate interferences between disciplines. • Coordinate with clients and contractors. • Travel will comprise approximately 10% of your time for site investigations, design reviews and construction inspection and coordination.

Role Description We are seeking a Revit Piping Designer for a remote assignment out of Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will create equipment and piping models in 3D software under the direction of Lead Designers. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. - This position can work remotely. - Candidates must be located in the USA in order to be considered. - Candidates with previous high tech manufacturing or semiconductor experience are highly preferred. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - 10+ years experience in the layout of process and mechanical equipment and associated piping design - Proficient with Revit and Navisworks - Experience with pipe installation details and pipe supports - Ideal candidate will have experience with process mechanical piping systems, industrial waste and/or high purity water systems - Located in the USA Requirements - Coordinate with other piping designers and other disciplines working in the models - Work with a team of designers, drafters and engineers to develop 3D piping plans - Coordinate design with other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, etc.) - Will be working with an engineering design team on high-tech industrial manufacturing facility projects

• As a Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to project teams, helping them navigate complex agreements and make informed business decisions. • You’ll use your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to review contracts, guide negotiations, and identify risks—contributing to the successful delivery of design-build and related projects in the water and wastewater industry. • Advise project teams involved in design-build and related projects, either in a contractor role, designer role, or both, as to appropriate contractual terms in a variety of settings. • Review RFPs and the associated contracts, provide contract risk assessments including proposed contract changes and exceptions and suggest risk mitigation measures. • Be responsible to draft and review a variety of agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, joint ventures, prime contracts, and subcontracts. • Maintain close working relationships with applicable leadership team, sales and delivery managers, other members of the legal department, as well as other internal core services groups necessary to achieve comprehensive review and risk assessment (cybersecurity, tax, insurance, etc.). • Serve as one of the organization’s contacts to address questions related to existing contracts and contract processes. • Prioritize between multiple projects on a time-sensitive basis.
