Live Commerce Stock Co-ordinator LATAM

The Live Commerce Stock Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational execution of our rapidly growing live selling division. This role focuses on the stock planning of products featured in all Live Commerce shows, ensuring shows each week are optimised based on the performance of items from the prior week. It also ensures that stock requirements and forecasts are provided to relevant teams to ensure stock availability for the Live Commerce division. The role is operational and process-driven, focused on organisation, inventory coordination, and working with both centralised Purchasing and Operations departments to ensure the smooth flow of stock for Live Commerce shows. Training will be provided on Koin’s internal systems and live commerce processes, but the role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with digital platforms. Live Commerce Stock Planning • Provide weekly show plans to the relevant team members for all scheduled Live Selling events • Coordinate stock requirements and forecasts for Live Commerce broadcasts. • Ensure stock availability for all shows • Work closely with the Live Commerce Team and to confirm product line-ups, promotions and any other stock-related matter • Assist the Operations team with any stock-related issues Inventory Management • Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems and spreadsheets. • Reconcile stock allocations following live commerce events. • Investigating stock discrepancies as needed and providing solutions. Systems and Data Management • Ensure stock levels on ERP system for Live Commerce are accurate, requesting product counts and adjusting where necessary • Provide forecasts of requirements to internal teams where needed • Support basic reporting on live commerce product performance and stock usage where needed Cross-Team Coordination • Work closely with Purchasing and Operations teams to ensure stock availability. • Coordinate product replenishment where required. • Ensure clear communication between teams regarding product availability and inventory planning. Process Organisation • Maintain clear stock tracking processes for live commerce products. • Support improvements to operational workflows as the live commerce function scales.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in stock co-ordination or inventory management
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with UK business hours.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage spreadsheets and inventory records.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
  • Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience with NetSuite, or other inventory / ERP systems.
  • Experience working in e-commerce operations
  • Familiarity with live commerce, livestream retail, or digital sales events.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience.
