• You will design the financial systems that support the global energy transition at scale. • By building robust payment solutions and seamless checkout experiences, you will ensure that adopting sustainable energy is as smooth as it is memorable. • As a Software Engineer at 1KOMMA5°, you will take technical ownership of key systems and features, make architectural decisions, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. • You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to shape our technical direction and deliver high-impact solutions. • In addition to writing great code, you will mentor teammates, promote engineering excellence, and help elevate our development and deployment practices.
Job Requirements
- Experience building maintainable, reusable, and testable code in TypeScript, with strong skills in both frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and system integration (RESTful or GraphQL).
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from UX and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- A pragmatic, product-focused mindset that balances technical excellence with delivering customer value.
- Curiosity and initiative to explore new tools and methods that improve product quality and engineering efficiency.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Residence in Germany.
