Netsuite Administrator

Buddle

• Customise and optimise the NetSuite platform to improve functionality and usability. • Develop and implement detailed reporting solutions for actionable business insights. • Create and manage custom fields, records, workflows, and scripts to align with organizational needs. • Oversee the setup and configuration of new entities within NetSuite. • Lead the migration of financial data and processes from MYOB to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify solutions, and implement enhancements. • Train team members to maximise NetSuite’s capabilities and effectiveness. • Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices are maintained.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in NetSuite administration, including customisation and optimisation.
  • Strong expertise in developing reports, workflows, and custom configurations within NetSuite.
  • Experience leading data migration projects, particularly migrating from MYOB to NetSuite.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills to prioritise and deliver tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Familiarity with the Australian market and business practices is an advantage.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields is a bonus.

• Execute the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, with minimal supervision • Maintain cognizance and fluency in company IT hardware and supporting software systems • Coordinate with hardware OEMs, software vendors, 3rd party IT support staff, and company IT management personnel to ensure PLM systems remain available, functional, and operable with minimal downtime • Gain fluency in Teamcenter (TC) functionality, including an understanding of contract configuration/data management requirements, naming conventions, author/reviewer/approver assignments and their influence on workflows, etc. • Develop processes and procedures for the use, expansion, and enhancement of Teamcenter as a fully integrated PLM tool • Early efforts shall be focused on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) file management and document management, including part creation, change control, and assembly integration • Work with team partners and subcontractors to enable their access and ability to exchange files and documents with company TC instances while ensuring IT security, user authentication, and data integrity • Maintain and monitor Teamcenter Development, Integration, Quality Assurance, and Production environments • Stay abreast of new modules, capabilities, and upgrades to the TC software • Evaluate and coordinate upgrades, including the performance of the installations, with remote support from the OEM or 3rd party service organizations • Manage licenses and annual maintenance for all users • Manage users on TC organization • Support users with all issues surrounding TC • Interface with the TC supplier/OEM on any unresolved technical issues • Ensure effective training for all users • Ensure fully functional and detailed training manuals for both users and system administrator • Streamline Teamcenter for users to ensure user-friendliness • Attends Configuration Control Board meetings, as required • Play an active role to ensure safety and quality culture is promoted and continually improved • Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
