Senior Payroll Associate, Italian

Strada

• perform life-cycle payroll transactions and activities • produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports • answer payroll related questions and requests • support system maintenance testing • participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned

Job Requirements

  • independently process payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements
  • monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate BI tools
  • ability to utilize hrX suite of tools for payroll processing
  • able to understand and interpret a payslip
  • able to follow the payroll calendar
  • identify deviations from the standard scope of service
  • ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
  • produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports
  • review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
  • answer payroll related questions and requests
  • support execution of SOC1 Controls
  • maintain and apply defined work instructions (DWIs)
  • perform transactions with third parties
  • provide clear knowledge transfers to peers
  • support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process
  • support and manage system maintenance testing
  • maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements and payroll procedures
