Senior Payroll Associate, Italian
Strada
• perform life-cycle payroll transactions and activities • produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports • answer payroll related questions and requests • support system maintenance testing • participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned
Job Requirements
- independently process payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements
- monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate BI tools
- ability to utilize hrX suite of tools for payroll processing
- able to understand and interpret a payslip
- able to follow the payroll calendar
- identify deviations from the standard scope of service
- ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
- produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports
- review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- answer payroll related questions and requests
- support execution of SOC1 Controls
- maintain and apply defined work instructions (DWIs)
- perform transactions with third parties
- provide clear knowledge transfers to peers
- support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process
- support and manage system maintenance testing
- maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements and payroll procedures
