AI Tools Trainer – Freelance, Project-Based

Neurons Lab

• Develop, adjust, and deliver engaging AI training sessions for diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise across different industries • Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences • Design and facilitate hands-on practical exercises that help learners apply AI tools to real-world business scenarios • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into sessions • Collaborate with the Neurons Lab team to develop and refine training materials and methodologies • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout the GenAI Enablement program

Job Requirements

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to apply AI tools and models to real-world business problems
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Languages: English + Ukrainian required; Russian is a plus
  • Solid understanding of AI principles, techniques, limitations, and benefits
  • Proven experience in public speaking
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative and/or productivity tools (e.g. Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
  • Awareness of current business and technology trends
  • Track record of publications, public speeches, or community presence
  • Experience developing and delivering training sessions, webinars, or other public-facing formats
  • Experience applying AI solutions in a business context

Role Description Deliver curriculum, instruction, and support remotely using video conferencing tools from an assigned base school in the district.
