Creative Manager - Paid Media LATAM

We are hiring at KOIN LIMITED! Creative Manager to lead the development and optimisation of high-performing creative assets for our paid advertising campaigns. This role sits within the Campaign Operations function and works closely with paid media specialists, designers, video editors, and marketing stakeholders across multiple brands. The primary focus of the role is ensuring that our paid media campaigns are supported by a consistent pipeline of high-performing creative assets designed specifically for platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok. The Creative Manager will be responsible for guiding the ideation, briefing, development, and optimisation of advertising creative that drives measurable performance outcomes. This includes directing the use of AI-powered creative tools, managing creative testing pipelines, and continuously analysing performance data to inform future creative development. This is a hands-on role combining creative strategy, performance marketing awareness, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will work remotely from LATAM with partial overlap with UK business hours. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Creative Strategy and Development • Lead the ideation and development of performance-focused ad creatives across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok • Translate campaign objectives and performance insights into clear creative briefs for designers and video editors • Ensure creative assets are designed specifically for platform best practices and audience behaviour • Continuously generate new creative concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and formats to support testing and optimisation Creative Production Management • Manage the pipeline of creative production across multiple brands and campaigns • Coordinate with internal designers, editors, and creative contributors to ensure assets are delivered on schedule • Provide direction and feedback to creative teams to maintain quality, clarity, and performance focus • Ensure assets are properly structured and formatted for each advertising platform AI-Enabled Creative Production • Direct the use of AI-powered design and content tools to accelerate creative production and testing • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-assisted workflows into the creative development process • Ensure AI-generated assets meet brand, platform, and performance standards Creative Testing and Optimisation • Work closely with paid media teams to design and execute creative testing frameworks • Analyse campaign performance data to identify winning creative themes, hooks, and formats • Continuously refine creative direction based on performance insights and audience behaviour • Develop scalable creative approaches that can be adapted across multiple brands and campaigns Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with paid media specialists, campaign managers, and marketing leadership to align creative with campaign strategy • Contribute to campaign planning and creative strategy discussions • Ensure creative output supports the commercial objectives of each brand

Job Requirements

  • Essential Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven advertising creative
  • Experience across major ad platforms including Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok
  • Experience directing or working with assets produced using AI design and content tools
  • Ability to translate performance data and campaign insights into actionable creative direction
  • Strong creative judgment combined with commercial awareness of what drives conversion
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and creative pipelines simultaneously
  • Platforms and Tools (Essential)
  • Experience working with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative or design tools used in modern marketing workflows
  • Comfortable working within collaborative project management environments
