• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor for our clients and internal teams. • Research, problem-solve, and determine technical solutions that meet client needs. • Attend client meetings to understand business goals, needs, and project requests. • Partner with account directors and project managers to translate business needs into technical requirements and help estimate project scope, cost, and resourcing. • Build core integrations, platform customizations, and automations. • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing client platform solutions. • Take on other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience in relevant technologies with prior experience in a digital agency setting highly desirable.
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects providing technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile methodology, working closely with project managers to plan, organize and deliver projects.
- Ability to read and debug code, with experience writing code for e-commerce or PIM systems preferred.
- Track record of working with clients to turn business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a strong client focus.
- A collaborative, team first mindset.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
