How You’ll Make an Impact - Manage the timely setup and activation of new business portals and build standard procedures that guide these activities. - Maintain accurate user access across required internal systems and customer‑facing portals, supporting onboarding and offboarding workflows. - Coordinate the setup and maintenance of inbound and outbound EDI connections with customers to support O2C processes. - Facilitate cross‑functional troubleshooting to address any EDI interruptions that affect data flow or business continuity. - Maintain documentation for EDI partners, message types, setup requirements, and connection details. - Create and refine SOPs, process maps, training guides, and other materials that support consistent execution. - Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements that enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort. - Serve as a communication hub, supporting teams with training, troubleshooting, and guidance on portal and EDI topics. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background - Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related operational, systems, or O2C support field, as reflected in the job description’s requirement of 3–5 years of relevant experience. - 3–5 years in an operational, systems, or O2C support role. - Experience with user administration in enterprise systems or portals. - Working knowledge of EDI operations, including connection setup, partner onboarding, and message flow coordination. - Familiarity with O2C processes and the ability to understand data flows and system dependencies. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical users. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting cross‑functional teams.
