We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a boutique AI consulting firm that builds practical, high-impact solutions for small and midsize businesses. The ideal profile is a former full stack software engineer who has evolved into a forward deployed, client-facing role and is comfortable doing both. You will sit in front of clients, understand their business problems, translate those problems into technical architectures, and build the solutions yourself. You do not hand off to another team. You design, build, deploy, and support. This is not a pure engineering role and it is not a pure consulting role. It is both. If you can hold a professional conversation with a small business owner, earn their trust, and then go build them something that actually works, this role is built for you.
