Role Description Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Business/System Analyst (all genders), der internationale Projekte unterstützt und Anforderungen erfasst sowie die Zusammenarbeit in modernen Technologieumfeldern über verschiedene globale Branchen hinweg vorantreibt. - Du sammelst, analysierst und formulierst Geschäftsanforderungen für mobile Anwendungen (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) und ein webbasiertes Admin-Panel. - Du entwickelst funktionale und technische Spezifikationen, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien. - Du modellierst Geschäftsprozesse und Benutzerflüsse (BPMN, UML). - Du dokumentierst Integrationen und Systemarchitektur-Anforderungen (mobile Anwendungen, Admin-Panel, API, Microservices, Datenbanken). - Du arbeitest eng mit den Entwicklungsteams, QA, DevOps und Architekturteams zusammen. - Du verwaltest das Product Backlog und nimmst an Release-Planungen und der Definition der Roadmap teil. - Du bereitest regulatorische Dokumentationen vor und stellst die Einhaltung von PCI DSS, GDPR und PSD2 sicher. - Du analysierst Risiken, Metriken und die Qualität der Implementierung und nimmst an Tests und Monitoring teil. Qualifications - Erfahrung als Business Analyst / System Analyst von mindestens 4 Jahren. - Erfahrung in den Bereichen Fintech / Banking / E-Commerce / Healthcare. - Erfahrung mit der Integration von Bank- und Drittanbietersystemen (SWIFT, ERP und ähnliche Plattformen). - Praktische Erfahrung mit Microservice-Architekturen, API-first-Ansätzen und REST / gRPC / Event-gesteuerten Systemen. - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SQL / NoSQL-Datenbanken. - Fähigkeiten in der Geschäftsprozessmodellierung und Dokumentation: BPMN, UML, BRD / FSD / SRS sowie User Stories. - Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Agile / Scrum / Kanban. - Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma und Excel. - Verständnis von DevOps-Prozessen und Infrastruktur, einschließlich Docker, Kubernetes und CI/CD. - Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein systemisches Denken und Aufmerksamkeit für Sicherheits- und regulatorische Anforderungen. - Englischkenntnisse – ab Upper-Intermediate und höher. - Deutschkenntnisse – ab Upper-Intermediate und höher.
