What You'll Do: As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining the Validaide platform, a critical tool used by pharmaceutical companies and logistics providers worldwide. You will: - Design, develop, and maintain backend features in the Validaide platform - Own and improve services, tools, and processes to ensure operational excellence - Collaborate with QA, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver secure and maintainable features - Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews - Develop and maintain automated tests using PHPUnit and Behat - Create and update technical documentation for new and existing systems - Optimise performance and scalability of the application - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11

• System Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed backend systems powering core platform and product capabilities. • End-to-End Ownership: Manage backend services throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial architecture and implementation to monitoring and long-term reliability. • Product Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering peers to actively shape product decisions and strategy rather than merely executing technical specifications. • Web3 Integration: Build and evolve platform backend components, including protocol integrations, support for emerging blockchain networks, and reliable interactions with smart contracts. • Engineering Standards: Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and observability across all services. • Operational Excellence: Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing development velocity with technical correctness. • Innovation: Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve development velocity and personal productivity while contributing to technical discussions, reviews, and mentorship within the team.
