- Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for financial control, group reporting, audit readiness, regulatory reporting and international finance operations. The position ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting and scalable processes to support continued growth.
- This is a hands-on role, balancing day-to-day financial management with improving processes, controls and reporting across a multi-entity, cross-border environment.

- Financial Reporting & Group Consolidation
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the group.
- Lead multi-entity group consolidation across UK, Jersey and India entities.
- Maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations and schedules to ensure audit readiness.
- Manage intercompany invoicing, reconciliations and eliminations.
- Ensure consistent financial reporting standards across cross-border finance operations.
- Produce mid-month pacing analysis against budgets where applicable (e.g. marketing spend).
- Provide clear financial analysis and performance insights to the CFO and leadership team.
- Accounting Operations
- Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including supplier payments, expenses, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Delivery and ownership of month-end and year-end close processes across the group.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Regulatory Reporting
- Lead FCA reporting requirements from a finance perspective.
- Work closely with the CFO and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.Lead FCA reporting requirements from a finance perspective.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and provide guidance on technical accounting matters where required.
- Tax, VAT & Transfer Pricing
- Oversee UK VAT compliance and international GST obligations where applicable.
- Manage transfer pricing and intercompany invoicing frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax filing requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with external tax advisers in the UK, Jersey and India.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and compliance with international tax requirements.
- International Finance Operations
- Oversee finance operations across UK, Jersey and India entities.
- Lead the transition to bring India accounting fully in-house.
- Support India payroll administration in coordination with local providers.
- Ensure consistent finance processes and reporting standards across jurisdictions.
- Payroll & Payments
- Manage UK payroll processes.
- Support India payroll coordination.
- Oversee supplier payment runs and payment controls.
- Maintain appropriate controls around cash disbursements and working capital.
- Budgeting, Cost Control & Procurement
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Monitor financial performance and support cost control initiatives.
- Provide mid-month pacing and cost monitoring where applicable.
- Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Oversee procurement and renewal of group insurance policies.
- External Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external accountants and tax advisers in the UK, Jersey and India.
- Coordinate with external auditors across UK and India entities.
- Act as a key finance contact for external professional advisers.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and support the Finance Assistant and any other junior team members.
- Provide guidance across finance processes and ensure high standards of financial administration.
- Process Improvement & Systems
- Identify and implement finance process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Strengthen finance processes and reporting workflows across the organisation.
- Develop and document finance processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Support improvements in internal systems and operational tools (including Slack-based workflows where relevant).
