Job Requirements
- What You’ll Do
- You will own execution and delivery across multiple game initiatives, ensuring we move fast without losing quality.
- Drive end-to-end execution across development and LiveOps
- Ensure games are delivered on time, production-ready, and scalable
- Manage cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, art, QA)
- Remove blockers quickly and keep teams aligned and focused
- Establish and maintain a fast, reliable release cadence
- Coordinate LiveOps planning and execution
- Balance speed and quality — enabling rapid iteration without breakdowns
- What You Bring
- You’ve worked as a Producer on mobile games (casual or hybrid casual)
- Strong experience in LiveOps environments with frequent releases
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- You are highly organized, but not process-heavy
- You move quickly, make decisions, and keep teams moving
- You’re comfortable operating in environments with incomplete information
