FocusKPI is looking for a Senior Data Scientist fo rour team. The Senior Data Scientist will play a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making by designing and implementing scalable analytical and machine learning solutions. The position focuses on developing models and frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes, enhance experimentation and optimization capabilities, and improve the understanding of complex data relationships. Work Location: Milpitas, CA (Position is eligible for 100% remote work, from anywhere in the United States, reporting to the company headquarters at 1601 McCarthy Blvd, Suite R-5, Milpitas, CA 95035) Pay Range: $117.7/yr Job Responsibilities: - Identify, assess, and integrate diverse data sources to build reliable and scalable data pipelines that support analytics and modeling initiatives. - Develop and enhance data-driven attribution models to estimate the incremental contributions of multiple advertising touchpoints using regression, Bayesian optimization, and probabilistic modeling techniques. - Construct and optimize end-to-end reinforcement learning frameworks (e.g., Multi-Armed Bandits, Thompson Sampling) for adaptive experimentation and automated variant allocation. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytical solutions into production systems and testing workflows, delivering automated and high-efficiency products. - Conduct comprehensive analyses using appropriate and rigorous methods to evaluate model and solution performance, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Present modeling outcomes and methodological insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations, documentation, and effective communication. - Contribute to team-level technical excellence through knowledge sharing, code review, and continuous improvement of techniques. - Manage project deliverables across multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives. - Leverage LLM and generative AI frameworks to develop intelligent agents and data-driven solutions. Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models to align outputs with business objectives, ensuring responsible, scalable, and effective deployment.
