Utility Line Clearance – Foreman, Trimmers, Bucket Operators (CDL preferred)

Halter Group

• Provides management and leadership to a tree crew while performing assigned jobs • Communicates with General Foreman daily regarding all aspects of the job • Ability to perform all skills required of tree trimmers with a safety-first mindset • Understand and manage the assigned job • Maintain all equipment inspection paperwork • Provide inspection and maintenance of equipment • Complete daily paperwork and reports • Complete timesheets accurately and on time • Perform any other assigned tasks and responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • CDL is preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Proven experience as a trimmer/climber and bucket operator, often 2+ years
  • OSHA, Aerial Rescue, First Aid/CPR training
  • Leadership, crew coordination, training, equipment inspection, daily reporting, problem-solving
  • Tree identification, operating hand/power tools, climbing/trimming techniques, equipment maintenance
  • Ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift heavy brush, work in various weather conditions
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
