• Your mission is to remove the CEO from everything that shouldn’t require his presence, while building systems that work without him • Own the founder’s operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-through • Manage personal admin: banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments • Coordinate travel and podcast logistics • Investing & Real estate management • Negotiate with: banks, vendors, service providers • Benchmark pricing, terms, timelines, and market standards • Supports the complete follow-up of projects (contracts and negotiation of suppliers, administrative management of personnel, accounting management, reporting ...) • Pre-screening for recruitment • Find the best providers whether lawyers, designers, movers • Proofreading contracts and coordinating projects with lawyers, suppliers • Build scalable operating systems (processes, tools, AI, knowledge base) • Ensure invoices, contracts, and documentation are consistently tracked and resolved • Continuous cost and tool audits • Manage the onboarding of employees in Dubai (Signature of contracts, administrative ...).
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, supporting C-Suite or a demanding founder

Position Overview The Market Executive Director (MED) is the senior operational leader for ANNA’s Massachusetts market.
