We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive (German-speaking) to help build and convert sales pipeline for one of our strategic clients. This is a key commercial role within Excelerate360, working closely with client stakeholders, including Sales Teams and Country Managers to support revenue growth and expand market presence across German-speaking regions. Our client operates at the forefront of 3D scanning and AI-driven reality capture, a rapidly growing space transforming the mapping and documentation of underground fibre and electricity networks. As infrastructure projects scale across Europe, the need for accurate, verifiable underground data has become critical. Their SaaS platform delivers precise, trusted data to infrastructure owners, contractors, and utilities, enabling safer, more efficient project delivery. To support continued growth across both direct and partner-led sales channels, the commercial team is being strengthened. In this role, you’ll engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, move leads through the sales cycle, and close new business opportunities. The position offers a highly achievable quota, strong product backing, and a compelling earning opportunity for the right candidate. This is a part-time role, with working hours covered Monday to Friday, either mornings or afternoons. Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of Inside Sales Closing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales with strong customer-facing skills
  • Technical background preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tehcnical solution sales with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Strong outbound/cold outreach skills, including LinkedIn prospecting
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Confident phone presence with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom, Webex, and MS Office
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong listening, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience selling industrial products, lubricants, chemicals, or related goods is an advantage but not essential
  • Degree-level education preferred
  • Fluency in German is essential, as the role involves engaging with German-speaking clients and prospects
  • This is a contractor role - must be able to work as a contractor

What you need to succeed: - 5+ years’ experience selling products and/or services to customers almost exclusively via telephone and internet (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.) - Candidates in MST or PST are preferred. - Diagnostic or life sciences sales preferred. - Experience developing new accounts and/or generating new business from existing accounts. Job Summary The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) is responsible for generating revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of WM services to small/medium business segment customers of medium complexity.
