Project Overview We are currently hiring AI/ML Data Contributors to support a range of active and upcoming projects across the United States. In this role, you will participate in tasks that help improve machine learning models, including data labeling, content evaluation, and user-based testing. We are currently hiring a Biostatistician I to join our team! As a Biostatistician at Rho, you will have the opportunity to participate in multiple clinical trial project teams. Communicating statistical issues as they arise to Rho team members as well as maintaining a steady, open dialogue with study team members regarding study execution as it relates to timelines, data quality, and interpretation of the results. Responsibilities Under the direction of a lead biostatistician, you will: - Develop, test, maintain, and archive SAS program code to conduct planned and exploratory statistical analysis of clinical data - Interpret the results using written, oral, and graphic methods, as appropriate, either in a statistical report or as part of a clinical trial report - Prepare analysis plans and specifications for analysis data sets and data displays (tables, listings, & graphs) - Collaborate with statistical programming team on the production of datasets and displays - Identify and troubleshoot missing, miscoded, or incomplete data and work with clinical team to resolve issues - May perform sample size computations in conjunction with clinical staff to determine the appropriate number of subjects necessary for the investigation, taking into consideration the interpretability of the results from a statistical and clinical perspective as well as applicable regulatory requirements - May develop and/or validate randomization schemes for clinical trials

Role Description We are seeking a Senior AI Data Scientist to lead the design, evaluation, and evolution of the agentic systems behind our financial intelligence platform. This role sits at the intersection of LLMs, financial data, and decision systems. You will own the logic behind how our models reason over data, how agents coordinate and make decisions, and how they rigorously measure quality, correctness, and risk in production AI workflows. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to move from experimentation to reliable, scalable AI systems that operate under real-world financial constraints. - System Design: Design and own single and multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and act over complex financial workflows. - Agent Logic: Define agent behavior, memory, and tool-use strategies with a strong emphasis on correctness and controllability. - Evaluation Frameworks: Develop and maintain LLM evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, faithfulness, latency, cost, regressions, and edge cases. - Production Implementation: Design structured prompting, schemas, and tool-calling strategies; build and operate MCP servers including schema design and safety boundaries. - Optimization: Analyze model behavior and failure modes to turn qualitative issues into measurable signals; optimize performance and cost across workflows. - Mentorship: Mentor engineers and data scientists, setting best practices for applied LLM and agentic systems. Qualifications - 6+ years in data science, applied ML, or AI-focused software roles, with at least 3+ years building production AI/ML systems (beyond the experimentation phase). - Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic patterns, and tool-calling systems. - Strong Python skills and comfort working closely with production systems and APIs. - Proven experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases. - Strong intuition for model behavior, trade-offs, and failure analysis.
