Role Description We are seeking a Revit Piping Designer for a remote assignment out of Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will create equipment and piping models in 3D software under the direction of Lead Designers. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm - This position can work remotely - Candidates must be located in the USA in order to be considered - Candidates with previous high tech manufacturing or semiconductor experience are highly preferred Responsibilities - Coordinate with other piping designers and other disciplines working in the models - Work with a team of designers, drafters and engineers to develop 3D piping plans - Coordinate design with other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, etc.) - Will be working with an engineering design team on high-tech industrial manufacturing facility projects Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - 10+ years experience in the layout of process and mechanical equipment and associated piping design - Proficient with Revit and Navisworks - Experience with pipe installation details and pipe supports - Ideal candidate will have experience with process mechanical piping systems, industrial waste and/or high purity water systems - Located in the USA
