Job Requirements
- Develop, customize and integrate Odoo modules using solid Python knowledge (e.g., MVC, OOP).
- Use the Odoo framework (OWL, ORM, workflows, views, QWeb) across different versions.
- Deliver individual requirements as scalable, maintainable, and future-proof solutions.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy containerized applications with Docker.
- Administer Linux-based systems with a focus on optimization, shell scripting and troubleshooting.
- Administer cloud-based services and associated tools.
- Apply security procedures, manage SSL certificates and perform system hardening.
- Proven experience implementing ERP systems or complex business software.
- Leadership ambitions within the development team.
- Very good German language skills.
- Social skills, particularly communication and teamwork.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in API development and UI development. This role will build scalable services, modern user interfaces, and contribute to a domain-driven architecture that supports enterprise-grade applications.
