Senior Technical Artist
MON Co.
• Collaborate with artists, engineers, and designers to implement and optimize visual features in Unreal Engine • Develop and maintain art pipelines, workflows, and tools to improve team productivity • Optimize materials, shaders, lighting, textures, and assets for mobile performance • Work to improve core systems such as Animation, Characters, UI and Environment • Create and maintain master materials and shader systems • Support artists in integrating assets into Unreal Engine while ensuring performance targets are met • Profile and debug rendering and performance issues on mobile devices • Ensure visual consistency and technical quality across the project • Document workflows, tools, and best practices for the art team
Job Requirements
- Experience shipping mobile games (iOS / Android)
- Strong experience with Unreal Engine, 2D/3D games development for mobile, Photoshop, Maya/3DS Max/Blender
- Strong ability to make critical artistic and process decisions to produce the best quality product quickly and efficiently
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
