Payment Operations Analyst – Integration
Titan FX
• Conduct structured research and comparative analysis of PSPs and payment methods relevant to the FX brokerage industry, including coverage, settlement models, risk/compliance posture, operational reliability, cost structures and UX implications. • Support competitor and peer benchmarking, and analyse PSP performance metrics (e.g. success rates, failures, latency, disputes) using SQL and Excel to identify patterns, risks and anomalies. • Prepare clear comparison tables and insight summaries to support decision-making by senior stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding activities for new PSPs, managing information flow between Payments, Legal, Finance, IT and other stakeholders. • Assist with onboarding packs, questionnaires and evidence collection by validating, organising and maintaining PSP documentation for legal, compliance and risk review. • Track onboarding progress, identify gaps or blockers, and summarise findings and open issues to support onboarding decisions. • Review PSP/API documentation and integration assumptions, and execute structured functional testing of payment flows, documenting expected versus actual behaviour. • Analyse integration issues and error patterns, and coordinate with IT and PSPs on clarifications, defect follow-up and escalation under guidance from senior staff. • Maintain structured records of integration behaviours, limitations and known workarounds to support ongoing operations and reduce rework. • Monitor PSP operational notices and support incident handling by documenting timelines, affected flows, impacts and observations from logs and dashboards. • Correlate incident data with other signals (e.g. user complaints, PSP status pages) and track incident progress with IT and PSP contacts. • Maintain and improve internal documentation in Confluence, converting fragmented knowledge into reusable documentation and supporting training or briefings when changes occur.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a technical support, business analyst, payments operations or integration-adjacent role is desirable but not essential; exposure to payments, fintech, FX brokerage or financial services is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, with hands-on experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of basic API concepts (e.g. REST, JSON, webhooks) and experience using, or willingness to use, tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- High attention to detail, proactive ownership within scope, and clear written and verbal communication in English.

Role Description Facilitates the admission process ensuring that the level of treatment and clinical service is appropriate to all patient needs. Follows the portal admission process from demos to delivery ensuring the best possible patient experience. - Receives and responds to incoming requests from THO portal, referral sources, health agencies, account managers and exchanges information to identify the organization’s ability to meet the needs of the patient. - Verifies all demographic information including delivery address, phone number, size, attending physician and identifies the payor source and verifies eligibility. - Identifies the delivery frequency and sets up a template. - Speaks with the patient or caregiver to identify appropriate monthly needs and amounts. - Sends required paperwork to the physician office for approval of monthly amount, length of service, supporting diagnosis, NPI # and signature. - Contacts referral sources to advise of referral status. - Assists referral sources and/or patients with alternative community resources or equipment providers when THO is unable to meet the needs of the referral source or patient. - Documents and routes all calls in a manner consistent with the organization’s policies and procedures. - Conducts courtesy follow-up calls as required by THO policy and procedure. - Follows up with physician’s office to ensure all required paperwork is returned. - Ensures the required information is received from the physician’s office. Once verified, logs the information into the computer and releases the items for delivery or sends for authorization according to insurance specification. - Once paperwork is returned and correct, obtains initial authorization from insurance company as needed per insurance requirements. - Collaborates with the Intake management team, account managers, referral source and patients to identify potential solutions as problems are identified. - Monitors and tracks correspondence from referral sources to ensure satisfaction standards. - Communicates customer service issues to management as appropriate. - Participates in traditional and e-learning programs. - Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures. - Collaborates effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments. - Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, Values in mind. - All other duties as assigned.
