Product Designer

• Own product areas end to end from understanding the problem to shipping, learning, and iterating • Take ambiguous, real-world problems and turn them into clear, testable product solutions • Think in flows and systems, not just screens, while accounting for edge cases and long-term impact • Work closely with product, engineering, growth, and operations to make informed tradeoffs • Help raise product quality by testing flows and catching issues before they ship • Participate in research through interviews, surveys, and synthesis of insights • Regularly review user feedback and app reviews to inform design decisions • Explore how AI tools can improve workflows and open up new product possibilities

Job Requirements

  • Has 3+ years of experience designing and shipping real products
  • Can show clear ownership, reasoning, and impact in their portfolio
  • Thinks beyond UI and understands user behavior, systems, and tradeoffs
  • Is comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
  • Can clearly explain design thinking to cross-functional partners
  • Values close collaboration and thoughtful debate
  • Is comfortable working in both English and Spanish.
