• Respond to users via social media and live chat with empathy, clarity, and speed • Troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms simultaneously • Monitor transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity • Assist in resolving chargebacks and disputes • Collaborate with internal teams on fraud prevention strategies • Assist our product team in identifying and resolving bugs through submitting bug tickets.
• Own product areas end to end from understanding the problem to shipping, learning, and iterating • Take ambiguous, real-world problems and turn them into clear, testable product solutions • Think in flows and systems, not just screens, while accounting for edge cases and long-term impact • Work closely with product, engineering, growth, and operations to make informed tradeoffs • Help raise product quality by testing flows and catching issues before they ship • Participate in research through interviews, surveys, and synthesis of insights • Regularly review user feedback and app reviews to inform design decisions • Explore how AI tools can improve workflows and open up new product possibilities
• Build and maintain marketing pages, landing pages, and website components in Webflow • Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma into clean, responsive Webflow builds • Partner closely with Design to ensure visual accuracy and quality • Collaborate with Growth to ship pages quickly, iterate on experiments, and support campaigns • Create reusable components and scalable structures in Webflow • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices • Support ongoing updates, optimizations, and A/B tests • Help maintain consistency with our design system and brand guidelines
