• Design and develop learning programs focused on AI, Data, and Personal Productivity • Structure learning content and assets (Live Sessions, E-Learnings and Social Learning Programs) in a scalable way • Coordinate timelines, resources, and trainers; work closely with our Learning Consultants and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) • Identify and collaborate with top subject-matter experts to build high-quality learning programs • Ensure programs run smoothly, on schedule, and within scope • Translate customers' upskilling and reskilling needs into programs that deliver measurable ROI • Iterate and improve programs based on learner data and evidence • Build E-Learning content, live sessions, and blended learning journeys using tools such as Articulate Rise, Sana, and/or Canva • Create multimedia content, including marketing assets like social media posts, e-books, and blog articles

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content creation within an agency or consulting environment
  • Located in Europe
  • Comfortable working in customer-facing projects and setups
  • Experience designing learning programs, with a strong focus on blended learning concepts
  • Experience working in a startup with 10–50 employees
  • Motivated to take ownership and help shape the company
  • Ability to translate business goals into effective learning interventions

The Middle School Math Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. Teachers provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students’ individual needs. Teachers monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system. They actively work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to advance each student’s learning toward established goals.
